About the JobAn opportunity has risen at Mamsha Beach Club for a Receptionist / Cashier . The position is responsible to manage the financial transactions of the beach establishment efficiently and accurately. The cashier handles day pass vouchers, day pass wrist bands, cash, credit, and apple payments, ensuring all customer transactions are processed swiftly while providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the cash drawer, handling billing inquiries, and assisting with administrative duties related to daily sales operations.
Their role contributes to a smooth and enjoyable customer experience while supporting the financial health of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities Payment handling
- Process customer payments accurately via cash, credit card, mobile payment apps (apple pay), or any other payment methods used by the outlet.
- Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges in accordance with outlet policies.
- Ensure proper cash handling, including maintaining a balanced cash drawer and reconciling daily transactions.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, pricing, and billing issues.
- Handle any complaints or payment disputes, escalating issues to the manager if necessary.
- Maintain an accurate cash register, ensuring it is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Generate and review daily sales reports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring all transactions are logged.
- Assist the manager in reconciling cash, credit card payments, and other financial records.
- Assist in cashiering administrative tasks such as inputting data into the sales system, updating menus or prices, and maintaining accurate inventory of cash‑related supplies (e.g., receipt paper).
- Ensure the cashier station is organized, tidy, and well‑stocked with necessary materials.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure customer orders are handled efficiently.
- Adhere to all financial protocols and standards, including policies regarding cash management, fraud prevention, and sales tracking.
