Position: Junior Event Organizer ID - 35577

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Coordinator / Event Support Executive to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The ideal candidate will support event operations from initial planning through successful completion, ensuring smooth communication with guests, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from concept to completion.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, venue coordination, and supplier management.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, suppliers, and event stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event requirements and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Assist with event registration, guest management, and on-site event support.
  • Monitor event activities and provide operational support during event execution.
  • Prepare event-related reports, documentation, and post-event evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of event schedules, budgets, vendor information, and attendance.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, event materials, and communication documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving event-related issues and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
  • Perform other administrative and event support duties as required.
Requirements
  • University degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event support and coordination.
  • Experience assisting in event execution from planning through completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and suppliers.
  • Experience supporting report preparation and event documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required for event support.
