Responsibilities
We are currently developing many new products and Retro Bowl College game ideas with great potential for success, and are looking for talented, enthusiastic teammates to conquer this goal together.
- Core gameplay design, meta‑game and progression systems.
- Propose, develop and balance the economic system in the game.
- Design events, Live Ops, player retention and monetization systems.
- Work closely with Producer, Artist and Developer to turn ideas into finished products.
- Analyze player data to optimize experience and retention.
- Monitor market trends, research competitors and suggest improvements.
