Job Overview

The VIP Account Executive will support the Head of VIP and in delivering an exceptional, personalised experience for high-value players. This role sits at the intersection of account coordination, operational execution, and client service, with exposure to VIP relationship management and clear development opportunities into a full account management role.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially curious, who thrives in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

This role is a full-time office based one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of VIP with day-to-day management of VIP accounts
• Coordinate VIP requests including bonuses, promotions, events, gifts, and bespoke offers
• Maintain accurate records of VIP activity, preferences, incentives, and communications
• Assist with VIP reporting, performance tracking, and player segmentation
• Liaise with internal teams (Payments, Risk, CRM, Product, Compliance) to ensure seamless VIP service delivery
• Ensure all VIP activity aligns with internal controls, compliance, and responsible gaming policies
• Handle inbound VIP queries professionally and efficiently
• Support onboarding of new VIP players and transitions between segments
• Build and maintain relationships with VIPs to keep them engaged.
• Be available, on occasion, to support critical operational needs beyond regular business hours, including hosting commitments, system troubleshooting, and timely issue escalation to maintain seamless operations.

Required Experience & Skills

• Customer operations, account support / management, or client services (VIP exposure a plus)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel, is required.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Commercial awareness and interest in player behaviour and retention
• Bilingual Arabic–English communicator, capable of managing complex stakeholder interactions in a professional, regulated environment.

Nice to have

• iGaming Experience is a major plus
• Additional language skills
