- Ensure all departmental checklists, opening and closing procedures are being consistently completed, any required follow-up action is initiated, and forms/records are being filed appropriately
- Ensure all Waivers and T&Cs are signed before the experience commences
- Book in and Check in customers to their relevant experience
- Serve customers by helping them select products.
- Help answer customers questions and queries
- Directs customers to the experience they have chosen.
- Manages financial transactions.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Deal with any internal or external customer requests
- Handle minor complaints of the guests
- Greet and direct customers
- Ensure merchandise areas are fully stocked
- Handling three departments, guest services, retail and F&B
- Higher secondary or equivalent
- Needs to have a good understanding of Microsoft office
- Selling to customer needs
- Product knowledge
- Verbal communication
- 1 year as a front-line colleague in the entertainment / leisure industry, specifically Operations has handled money transactions and worked with customers on a face-to-face basis.
