LeadProduct Manager, Fan Ecosystem Overview
We’re building a new UAE-based business spanning Sports book, Casino, Lottery and a broader connected Fan Ecosystem, backed by Fanatics and Momentum. As Lead Product Manager, Fan Ecosystem, you’ll own the fan-facing experiences that sit around and between our core gaming verticals. Your challenge:
How do we give sports fans more reasons to engage, learn what they care about, and build a broader relationship with Fan Mo?
This is a builder role. You’ll shape the proposition, roadmap and customer experience across fan engagement, working with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial and Data. This is not simply a sports book acquisition role. The Fan Ecosystem should create genuine customer value in its own right.
The ideal candidate is a builder, comfortable creating structure from ambiguity. You care about why customers engage, not just whether they click. You think in systems, move quickly and know when not to build.
Responsibilities What You’ll Own- Fan Ecosystem strategy and roadmap
- Priority customer problems and use cases
- Free-to-play, commerce, sports content and live moments
- Predictions, challenges, missions and rewards
- Fan preferences and cross-product discovery
- Progression into deeper Fan Mo relationships
- Build / partner / reuse decisions, including Fanatics capabilities
- Discovery, experimentation and delivery
- You’ll also work across Sports book, Lottery, Casino and Customer Platform to design how customers move through the ecosystem.
- Success should be measured across engagement, retention, customer understanding, product breadth, lifetime value and acquisition efficiency.
- You’ll work closely across Sports book Product, Customer Platform, Design, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Research and Analytics to deliver the Fan Ecosystem.
- Fan Ecosystem owns the customer-facing proposition and experiences.
- Customer Platform owns the shared capabilities that enable them, including identity, account, CRM, loyalty, personalisation and decisioning.
- Established a clear Fan Ecosystem strategy
- Built and aligned a focused roadmap
- Launched meaningful fan engagement experiences
- Created measurable progression journeys
- Established clear engagement and customer-value metrics
- Created evidence for what should scale and what should stop
- 7+ years of Product Management experience and a strong track record building consumer digital products.
- Relevant experience in sports, media, gaming, loyalty, marketplaces, entertainment, subscriptions, commerce or fan engagement.
