As Lead Product Manager, Sports book, you’ll own a substantial part of the Sports book proposition and help build a locally relevant sports wagering experience for the UAE. Your challenge:
How do we build a Sports book that feels simple to new customers, powerful to experienced bettors and relevant to the sports people care about most?

You’ll combine customer insight, trading capability, commercial judgement and product craft to shape the roadmap and deliver meaningful improvements. You’ll work closely with Trading, Design, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to bring the Sports book proposition to life.

The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker who can combine strategy and delivery, use behavioural data to make informed decisions and navigate ambiguity. You understand how to balance customer experience, commercial outcomes and the capabilities required to deliver a compelling Sports book.

• Sports book strategy and roadmap within your domain
• Sports, event and market discovery
• Bet placement, betslip and bet tracking
• Singles, multiples and Bet Builder
• In-play and cash-out experiences
• Recommendations, boosts and personalised discovery
• Customer research, experimentation and delivery
• Partnership with Trading on market depth, pricing and proposition

• Established clear priorities across your Sports book domain
• Improved discovery and bet placement journeys
• Increased activation, frequency and retention
• Shipped meaningful product improvements at pace
• Built a strong Product, Trading, Design and Engineering partnership

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record building consumer digital products.
• Direct Sports book experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience combining product strategy and delivery in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Experience using behavioural data, customer research and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Strong product craft across strategy, discovery, experimentation, analytics, consumer UX, prioritisation and commercial thinking.
• Experience working effectively with technical and commercial partners, including Engineering, Design, Data and Trading.
• Experience making product decisions in ambiguous environments and balancing competing customer and business needs.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate analysis, research, documentation and experimentation.

• Experience in Sports book or trading, in-play wagering, Bet Builder, personalisation, or international regulated markets.
