Digital Wayfinding & Signage Specialist; Short-term

Join the team supporting & delivering a seamless guest journey at one of the region’s most exciting live events.

You’ll coordinate digital maps, searchable points of interest, QR navigation, interactive kiosks and digital signage—ensuring guests receive accurate, timely and consistent guidance throughout their experience.

What you’ll do:

• Map digital guest journeys and maintain accurate points-of-interest information.
• Coordinate digital signage, kiosk and bilingual content plans.
• Test routes, QR codes, mobile journeys, screens and content schedules.
• Manage approvals, publishing, version control and live operational updates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, Creative, Marketing, IT and suppliers.
• Monitor live issues, coordinate resolution and maintain approved fallback guidance.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree or diploma in digital media, IT, GIS, event management, design or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience in digital way finding, digital signage, mapping platforms or digital content operations.
• Experience in a live event, venue or comparable public environment; major-event experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder coordination and sound judgement under pressure.
• Fluent English & Arabic is preferred.
