Hands-On Leadership:

As Production Manager, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of event production, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll manage resources, timelines and technical requirements, making sure every event runs like clockwork from concept to curtain call.

• Lead Event Production – Plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production, from kickoff to post-event wrap
• Manage Vendors & Partners – Select and supervise suppliers, contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness
• Oversee Budgets & Logistics – Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality
• Solve in Real Time – Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work hand-in-hand with creative, account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery
• Mentor & Lead – Inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development

Experienced and adaptable, with 8–10 years in event production, including 4+ years in a leadership role

Resourceful and solution-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments and always finding a way forward

Detail-obsessed, with nothing escaping your radar, from safety to stage cues

People-centered, building strong relationships with clients, teams and vendors

Calm under pressure and ready to take charge when things heat up on site

Proven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish

Solid understanding of production workflows, technical setups and vendor coordination

Bachelor’s degree in Production, Management or a related field

Fluent in English

Based in the UAE or open to relocation

Speak Arabic

Have experience delivering large-scale public or festival events

Have experience managing production budgets and multiple vendors at scale
