Corporate Tax Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Specialist with strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on Corporate Tax matters, ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements, and contributing to our firm’s reputation for accuracy and excellence.

• Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax compliance, planning, and risk management.
• Prepare, review, and file Corporate Tax returns in line with FTA regulations.
• Assist clients with FTA registration, clarifications, and correspondence.
• Interpret Corporate Tax Law, Cabinet & Ministerial Decisions, and guidance notes.
• Analyze financial statements to identify tax adjustments and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support clients in tax audits, assessments, and penalty waiver requests.
• Keep up to date with changes in UAE tax laws and communicate updates to clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). ACCA, CA, CPA, or CTA holders are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Tax, preferably in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT, and Excise regulations.
• Experience in preparing financial statements as per IFRS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting software is a plus.
