VP – Enablement Cost Analysis & MI Reporting

Minimum Qualification

• Must have Bachelor’s degree.
• Desirable:
  Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.
• Excellent Data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

10 years relevant experience in similar function.

• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote the organisation’s core values and ethics in all activities within the team and wider organization to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the bank.

• Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

• Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Business and/or department requirements, policies and quality standards.

• Produce reports that would support the cost movements in general and administrative (G&A) expenses; gather data from multiple departments and systems, provide insight & analysis by preparing customized reports.
• Ensure reports are generated and completed on a timely basis.
• Send monthly enablement cost packs such as but not limited to the following:
  • Group cost, Head Office and Enablement flash reports
  • One-time expenditures or cost initiatives
  • Cost savings driven by various LOBs
  • Periodic variance cost analysis
  • Other relevant cost packs
• Provide cover for other members of the team when required.
