Job Description

Lead financial planning by driving business behaviors, annual planning, and supporting strategic projects for FAB Asset Management. Establish optimal finance partnering for FAB AM's Enablement functions and oversee financial affairs , Implement strategic initiatives to transform finance process, enhancing efficiency and productivity Implement financial governance frameworks to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinating the budgeting process within FAB Asset Management, to include revenue forecast, expense projections, income and capital expenditures
  • Preparing and monitoring of the monthly management reporting process
  • Undertaking continual analysis of various components of the operation to ensure synergies and opportunities are identified as well as ensuring a constant watch on underperforming assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives
  • Deliver on business KPIs and financial targets
  • Business Finance, Accounting and Financial controls
  • Capital Management
  • Governance and Reporting
  • Enablement and Cost Synergy
Qualifications
  • Expertise in strategic financial planning and control
  • Robust understanding of financial governance and compliance
  • Expertise in cash & liquidity management and working capital optimization
  • Proficiency in risk management
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in similar field.
