Finance Manager

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial tracking and planning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards applicable in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Manage the financial planning process, including the development of annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or performance improvements.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient operations and continuous professional development.
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the audit process to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support and drive business objectives and strategies.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Provide senior management with strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and compliance standards specific to Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing a finance team.
• High integrity, dependability, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving company objectives.
