Head of Corporate Finance

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to lead our financial strategy, M&A, investments, and treasury operations. This senior leadership role is based at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi
, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing M&A and investment portfolios, driving automation and efficiency across finance functions, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders.

• Lead corporate finance strategy in alignment with company growth and M&A initiatives.
• Oversee valuation, due diligence, and financial modeling for M&A opportunities.
• Manage investment portfolio to optimize returns and minimize risks.
• Direct treasury and banking operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and cash flow.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies and ensure full compliance.
• Drive process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement within finance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, treasury, tax, or banking

• Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing high-value transactions

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
