On behalf of our client, an established industrial project management company based in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking a highly skilled

Financial Controller. This role requires a hands-on finance professional with strong technical expertise, the ability to oversee the full spectrum of financial management, and to ensure compliance with international and UAEstandards. Fluency in English is essential.

• Oversee the full financial management function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and presentmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAEregulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets,forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit,and other statutory requirements in the UAE.
• Supervise and guide the finance teamin day-to-day operations.
• Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and strategic support to senior management and project teams.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management,or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international and UAE financial standards and regulations.
• Proven expertise in budgeting,forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational,and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to financial management.
