Candidates must be Chartered Accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a Big Four advisory role. Strong knowledge of IFRS and excellent communication skills are essential. The role demands proficiency in ERP and accounting software, as well as advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
