Capital Markets provides assurance services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies, such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) or planning to issue debt securities either in local markets and overseas. We provide regulatory and reporting support and advice across all jurisdictions in international capital markets. We are seeking CPA/CA/ACCA qualified accountants with significant audit or accounting advisory experience. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and the candidate will support client engagements in the MENA region. Based on business need, travel will be a requirement.

• Utilize your skills with audits
• Lead and deliver technical accounting support
• Project‑manage transactions and coaching
• Collaborate with audit team and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk
• Understand client needs and expectations and ensure work is delivered timely
• Adhere to the relevant internal EY policies and external regulatory requirements
• Build your network internationally

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with a consulting firm, in an audit or accounting advisory domain
• Experience in conducting audits (PCAOB audit experience is a preference)
• CPA/CA/ACCA certification
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP an added advantage
• Experience providing services to clients undertaking capital raise
• Strong management skills to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
