** Experience** | 5 Year+ |## Job Overview Responsible for efficiently managing Fixed Assets & Projects team and activities associated with the addition/retirement of Fixed Assets, project capitalization, prepaid reconciliation and recovery from international locations. Ensuring accuracy of the entire process, support to international locations in implementing the Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage the Fixed Assets & Projects team.
* Oversee activities associated with the addition/retirement of Fixed Assets.
* Manage project capitalization and prepaid reconciliation.
* Support international locations in implementing Oracle Fusion.
* Prepare MIS for Fixed Assets & Projects.
* Ensure closure of all Audit Points and reconciliation of B/S accounts.## Requirements
* Prior experience in managing fixed assets and project accounts.
* Strong understanding of financial processes and Oracle Fusion.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all activities.
