The Cost Control Manager oversees the financial aspects of a project, ensuring costs are tracked, managed, and optimized. - Ensure cost-effective project delivery

- Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement: Track costs against budget, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain cost forecasts and budgets

Create and update financial projections, ensuring they reflect project realities. - Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders

Provide regular financial updates, highlighting key issues and trends. - Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving measures

Work with teams to identify and implement cost reductions or efficiencies. - Identify and mitigate cost risks

- Track costs, invoices, and payments

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Master's degree or MBA
QualificationsCertified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Cost Engineer (CCE)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience3-5+ years of experience in cost control, project management, or related field
Experience in construction or the relevant industry.
