Compliance Manager - Corporate Services

A leading financial services organisation with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors, operating in a highly regulated and fast‑paced environment.

• Take ownership of internal compliance investigations, managing matters from initial assessment through to resolution and follow‑up actions
• Advise corporate services teams on ethics and compliance considerations, providing pragmatic, business‑focused guidance
• Develop, roll out, and maintain compliance policies, standards, and internal controls
• Identify and assess compliance and conduct risks, recommending mitigation strategies aligned with business operations
• Design and deliver compliance and ethics training to promote awareness and accountability across the organisation
• Monitor regulatory trends and emerging best practices, translating these into practical improvements
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of compliance processes, tools, and governance structures

• 10 - 15 years of experience in compliance, ethics or regulatory roles within complex regulatory environments
• Must have end‑to‑end investigations experience, with exposure to handling sensitive and high‑impact matters
• Must have experience in non‑financial sectors (Financial services/banking/investment sector backgrounds are not suitable for this role)
• Comfortable working closely with corporate functions and senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to implement frameworks, influence behaviour, and drive compliance culture
• Commercial, composed, and credible, with strong judgement and communication skills
• Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
