Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager

Our client is hiring for the position of Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager.

• Prepare & manage and act as contact person for audit process with the external auditors, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. Play a key role in guiding the region through the audit process.
• Manage, lead and coordinate with the region and external auditor through the SOX process.
• Review and update annual the narratives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
• Analyze data to identify, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems, controls, and procedures
• Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting
• Present financial insights to senior management to support strategic decisions
• support timely month-end and year-end closings, , and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit, tax, and SOX requirements.
• Liaise with the parent company and corporate accounts team on reporting and financial matters.
• Drive process improvements and maintain effective internal control systems.
