Operations & Finance Manager - Abu Dhabi
Salary up to AED 50,000 + family benefits & schooling.
Are you a finance and operations professional with a proven track record in financial compliance and leadership? My client a leading multinational technology organisation is looking for a dynamic Operations & Finance Manager to lead and optimize their business and financial operations.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape processes across order management, procurement, logistics, finance, audit, and contract management while ensuring the integrity of financial operations.
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing Operations team, driving accountability, efficiency, and performance.
- Oversee the full financial cycle: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, month/quarter/year-end closing, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, regulations, and contractual obligations, pushing back when necessary to maintain integrity.
- Streamline business operations, optimizing procurement, inventory, order management, and delivery processes.
- Act as the key point of contact for auditors, taxation authorities, and consultants.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational and financial performance.
- Review contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and manage associated financial coverage (insurance, bank guarantees, etc.).
- Currently based Abu Dhabi or candidates willing to relocate from Dubai are welcome.
- Strong background in finance, with hands-on experience in multinational, IT, or technology companies is a MUST.
- At least 11+ years experience in a similar role with 5+ being in management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Track record of maintaining financial integrity and compliance, with the confidence to challenge business units when necessary.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, operations, or related field. MBA or advanced qualifications are a plus.
