Associate Director - Corporate Banking

Our client, a leading UAE-headquartered bank with a strong regional presence and a reputation for innovation in digital and corporate banking, is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to join its Middle Market team. The role will focus on driving client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored banking solutions within the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and manage borrowing relationships with mid-market corporate clients.
• Deliver a full range of corporate banking products, including lending, trade finance, and cash management.
• Drive client acquisition, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Conduct credit analysis, structure deals, and manage the end-to-end credit process.
• Stay updated on market trends and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong networks within the Abu Dhabi business community.

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of corporate/wholesale banking experience, including business development and credit analysis.
• At least 2 years in a similar role within the UAE, with strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge.
• Strong track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and credit processes.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
