Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Specialist to support a long-term finance transformation project. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Finance modules
, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and contribute from day one. This is a critical hire with immediate joining priority and long‑term growth potential based on performance.

• Manage and support SAP Finance operations including configuration, transactional support, and issue resolution
• Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processing and reporting
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities within SAP
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and UAE labor regulations where applicable
• Assist in system enhancements, testing, and documentation related to SAP Finance processes
• Provide day‑to‑day SAP Finance support to ensure system stability and business continuity
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives and long‑term project deliverables

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Finance (mandatory)
• Proven background working in finance functions within SAP environments
• Solid understanding of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability
• Experience working on long‑term or project‑based finance roles is an advantage
