As the Senior Manager for Digital Banking Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an ambitious Fin Tech organization building innovative financial services solutions from the ground up. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and developing business cases to launching and scaling customer‑centric digital products. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will translate strategic objectives into market‑leading digital experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership capabilities with deep banking and Fin Tech expertise, a data‑driven mindset, and a proven track record of launching successful digital financial products. This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategy and growth of a next‑generation digital banking platform within the UAE market.
- Define and execute the product strategy for digital banking and financial services products.
- Identify market opportunities and develop compelling business cases for new product initiatives.
- Lead the design, development, launch, and commercialization of digital banking products.
- Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Oversee product economics, profitability analysis, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Develop seamless customer journeys across digital channels and banking touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Manage third‑party integrations, APIs, banking platform capabilities, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Monitor customer behavior, usage metrics, and product performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements.
- Present product strategies, progress updates, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and customer‑centric product development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in Digital Banking, Fin Tech Product Management, Digital Financial Services, or Banking Product Management.
- Overall professional experience of 12–15 years within financial services or technology‑driven environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling digital financial products from concept through market growth.
- Strong experience across payments, cards, lending, deposits, digital onboarding, wallets, or embedded finance solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, product roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans.
- Experience launching 0‑to‑1 digital products and scaling them successfully.
- Strong understanding of product economics, customer lifecycle management, and portfolio profitability.
- Deep knowledge of banking technology ecosystems, APIs, payment rails, core banking platforms, and third‑party integrations.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
