Our client is a prestigious global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in private equity transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in the US, across a wide range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A with a leading investment bank, or be an investor at a top tier private equity firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A with a leading investment bank, or be an investor at a top tier private equity firm.

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Leading certain work streams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

• Experience of working in the M&A or sector team of a top-tier investment bank. Alternatively, experience working in a private equity role with prior investment banking exposure
• US market experience is desirable but not essential
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
• Native-level or business fluent English skills
