Jobtailor in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced compliance professional to build and run a risk-based program that meets UAE regulatory requirements. You will develop and maintain compliance policies, lead trade surveillance, and guide staff, the SEO, and the Board on regulatory matters.
We require 4–6 years in compliance, solid UAE regulatory knowledge, and FSRA/DFSA familiarity;
Category 3A firm experience is preferred. Strong data skills (SQL) and regulator reporting are essential.
