Role OverviewThis role owns product strategy and execution for the company's P2P trading platform, driving improvements in trading efficiency, liquidity, and user experience. The specialist designs and optimizes core P2P transaction flows — from ad sequencing and order matching to payment confirmation and dispute handling — while partnering closely with risk and compliance teams to strengthen platform safety against fraud and abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform, continuously improving trading efficiency, liquidity, and overall user experience.
- Design and optimize core P2P trading flows, including Ads sequence, request matching, order creation, payment confirmation, dispute handling, and merchant management.
- Improve transaction conversion and completion rates by optimizing user journeys, payment experiences, and trading interaction mechanisms.
- Analyze transaction risks and abnormal scenarios (e.g. payment disputes, fraudulent behavior, order cancellations, malicious users) and collaborate with risk control teams to improve platform safety.
- Design trust and protection mechanisms for buyers and sellers, including escrow processes, appeal flows, and risk alerts.
- Monitor key P2P metrics such as order completion rate, dispute rate, liquidity, transaction volume, and user retention, and drive continuous optimization through data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer support, compliance, and risk teams to improve platform governance and trading experience.
- Conduct user and market research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketplace supply-demand dynamics.
- 3+ years of product management experience in P2P marketplaces, second-hand trading platforms, e-commerce platforms, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models, user behavior, and trust & safety mechanisms.
- Ability to analyze complex user problems and optimize transaction flows through data-driven decision making.
- Strong user experience mindset, with the ability to design efficient and intuitive trading interactions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform governance mechanisms is a plus.
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or P2P crypto trading platforms.
