Finance Manager

Key duties will include but not limited to:

• Timely preparation of Financial Statements and any other reports required by the management
• Accurate preparation of budget and forecast in support for management decision making
• Ensure accuracy of accounting record and financial information
• Manage and establish relationship with bank related to company bank facilities
• Develop, review and implementation of Internal Controls
• Coordinating Internal and Statutory audits
• Managing and overseeing Finance department with close interaction with cross functional teams
• Ensure compliance with local/international standards and financial regulations

• Is open to Jordan, Lebanese and UK nationals (male or female) (preferably with UAE experience)
• Minimum 7 years experience in a manufacturing industry is required
• Experience with in Finance department is mandatory with at least 3 years experience in leading a team
• Preferably with restructuring experience
• Holds bachelor degree or MBA and has CPA qualification
• Proficient in principles, practices and procedures of Finance/Accounting
• Adept experience in working with SAP FICO (ERP system)
• Knowledge and awareness of ISO
• With sound commercial knowledge with regard to tenders, initiative, self-starter, result-oriented, strategic and decision making skills, budget planning and control, good negotiation, operational management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
