Head of Corporate Finance

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to lead our corporate finance, treasury, investment and finance transformation activities. Based at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi and reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this is a senior leadership role supporting the company's growth, financial resilience and continued development of the Finance function.

• Lead corporate finance and capital allocation, including investment appraisal, business cases, valuations and returns analysis.
• Lead financial evaluation and execution support for acquisitions, disposals, JVs and strategic investments, including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Lead treasury and funding, including liquidity and cash forecasting, banking relationships, debt and credit facilities, guarantees and other financing solutions.
• Coordinate external audit and key financial governance matters, working closely with Finance Operations and Reporting.
• Oversee tax and corporate structuring.
• Support the CFO on Board and shareholder financial matters, funding requirements and major strategic decisions.
• Drive digital improvement across Finance, leveraging ERP, automation, data and AI to improve processes, controls, reporting, forecasting and decision support.
• Identify and manage key financial, liquidity, credit and transaction risks.
• Build and develop a strong Corporate Finance capability, driving continuous improvement and high-quality financial analysis and decision support.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline;
  Master's degree and/or recognised professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience across corporate finance, treasury, M&A, transaction advisory, banking or senior finance roles.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, investment appraisal and transaction due diligence.
• Strong understanding of treasury, funding, banking and financial risk management.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, digitalisation, ERP, automation or data-driven improvement.
• Experience working with senior executives, Boards, banks, auditors, advisers and other external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, leadership and communication skills.
