AVP, Trade Support - Dealer Assist & Data Readiness

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily Dealer Assist activities including request intake, triage, and prioritization.
• Support trade booking queries, client account allocations, and portfolio allocations for Sales and Trading desks.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ready-to-trade activities with KYC, Credit, Compliance, and Operations.
• Manage static, reference, and market data readiness to ensure accurate trade booking and downstream processing.
• Support T0 trade support activities including non-economic booking and enrichment follow-up.
• Monitor affirmation and confirmation support items and coordinate settlement-readiness dependencies.
• Act as a primary Trade Support contact for Front Office Sales and Trading desks.
• Prepare inputs for service reporting, operational dashboards, and SLA adherence tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and workflow design.
• Coach assigned Specialists and support workload balancing within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, economics, business administration, or accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in Global Markets Operations, Middle Office, Trade Support, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets products (FX, Money Markets, Rates, Derivatives, Commodities, Capital Markets).
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes including product activation, counter party setup, and settlement-readiness.
• Proficiency with systems such as Murex, Bloomberg, and Markit Wire.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and escalation skills.

• Professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience with UAT, workflow automation, and dashboard requirements.
• Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management and service performance reporting.
