Our team is working on a senior Investment Performance and Value Creation role with an established Investment group in the UAE.
The successful candidate will oversee the performance of a diverse international investment portfolio, working closely with senior management, joint-venture partners and portfolio companies.
The role will include:
- Monitoring the financial and operational performance of investments
- Leading regular portfolio and asset reviews
- Identifying opportunities to improve EBITDA, CAPEX and OPEX
- Developing performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting
- Supporting business planning and capital-allocation decisions
- Leading value-creation initiatives across the portfolio
We are looking for:
- Approximately 12–18 years’ relevant experience
- A background in infrastructure, energy, utilities, industrials or another capital-intensive sector
- Strong investment, asset-management or portfolio-performance experience
- Experience working with joint ventures and senior stakeholders
- GCC experience would be beneficial
The position is based in the Abu Dhabi.
