Mortgage Loan Officer

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for advising clients and managing mortgage applications from initial consultation through successful completion.

The Mortgage Advisor will:

Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their financing requirements

Assess mortgage eligibility based on income, liabilities, credit profile, and bank lending criteria

Recommend suitable mortgage options across UAE banks

Collect, review, and prepare client documentation and mortgage applications

Coordinate with banks, credit teams, underwriting, valuation companies, operations teams, and other parties involved in the transaction

Follow up on applications, approvals, valuations, final offers, and disbursements

Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their mortgage application

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, banks, and referral partners

Maintain accurate records and manage multiple active mortgage cases

Contribute to business growth through client relationships, referrals, proactive follow-up, and business development

Work toward agreed sales and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of client service

Previous experience in mortgage advisory, mortgage lending, banking, or a related financial services role

Good understanding of residential mortgage products and lending practices

Understanding of mortgage eligibility, income assessment, liabilities, credit reports, LTV, D , and underwriting requirements

Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to review financial documents and prepare accurate mortgage applications

Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills

Ability to explain mortgage products and financial information clearly to clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

Ability to manage multiple clients and mortgage applications simultaneously

Comfortable working with CRM and case management systems

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience

UAE mortgage or banking experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates with established relationships within the UAE real estate, banking, or mortgage industry will have an advantage.
