Role Description The Mortgage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting clients through the mortgage application process, explaining available products, and assisting with documentation and eligibility assessments. The Mortgage Associate will coordinate with lenders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely processing of applications and accurate information flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic financial summaries, maintaining records in internal systems, and contributing to outreach activities that promote Mortgage Pro’s services.
The role also requires adherence to local regulatory guidelines and company policies while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
