AVP & Audit Manager, Personal Banking; Emiratized

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in audits covering Consumer, Private & Business Banking segments across the FAB Group
• Identify control weaknesses and report significant audit findings to management
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and audit programs for process streams
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues
• Act as an Audit Business Partner for line managers to identify emerging risks
• Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the Annual Plan and GIA policies
• Conduct special investigations and reviews as assigned by the Head of Audit

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an International Bank or Big 4
• Working knowledge of Consumer, Private & Business Banking activities and associated risks
• Familiarity with bank and audit policies and Central Bank regulations
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Relevant post-graduate qualification or professional certification
• Internal Audit experience
