Finance Business Partner Manager; UAE National

Our client, a leading player in the regional travel and transport sector, is looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a core business division, delivering strategic financial support to drive commercial performance, guide investment decisions, and support long-term planning. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you'll bring together data, insight, and strategy to support key initiatives and influence financial outcomes across the organization.

• Act as the primary finance contact for your division, providing insight into performance, forecasts, and key financial drivers
• Build and present management reports for monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders
• Drive and manage the budgeting process, consolidating inputs, analyzing variances, and preparing submissions
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business plans, investments, and strategic initiatives
• Support rolling forecasts, current year outlooks, and multi-year planning cycles
• Work with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with financial goals
• Contribute to system upgrades and automation projects, improving data quality and reporting efficiency
• Provide analytical support for business cases and help shape financial narratives for leadership

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
• Proven skills in building financial models and analyzing complex data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  Power BI and Tableau
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities
