Role: SENIOR ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – PRIVATE BANKING / WEALTH MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Director with a strong background in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Services
.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage HNW/UHNW client relationships and drive AUM growth.
Develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Advise clients on suitable investment, wealth management and private banking products
.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver high service standards.
Stay updated on market trends, investment products and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with DFSA, AML, KYC and investment suitability requirements
.
Work closely with internal teams and external counter parties to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, Financial Markets or Financial Planning.
Strong knowledge of Private Banking products and investment solutions
.
Proven experience in client acquisition, AUM growth and relationship management
.
Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and DFSA is preferred.
Experience with
Private Banks or EAMs in DIFC will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
