As an Asset Liability & Capital Management (ALCM) Analyst
, you will be responsible for supporting balance sheet governance, capital management, liquidity monitoring, and funding strategy. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams, you'll play a key role in preparing ALCO materials, analysing capital and liquidity positions, managing funds transfer pricing activities, and providing the financial insights that support strategic balance sheet and treasury decisions from day one.
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality ALCO (Asset-Liability Committee) packs, including analysis, commentary, recommendations, and supporting financial information.
- Support the end-to-end ALCO process, working closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse liquidity, funding, capital adequacy, and structural balance sheet risks.
- Support balance sheet optimisation, capital planning, and liquidity management activities.
- Analyse and support Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) frameworks and reporting.
- Produce management information, forecasting, and financial analysis to support senior decision-making.
- Contribute to stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital management activities.
- Help establish scalable treasury and balance sheet management processes within a growing organisation.
- Experience with in a banking environment is essential.
- Strong understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet management.
- Hands-on experience supporting or working with ALCO governance and decision-making processes.
- Proven experience preparing and presenting ALCO packs for senior management.
- Experience analysing liquidity, funding, capital adequacy, and balance sheet risks.
- Strong knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).
- Experience working with complex financial and treasury information.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- UAE banking experience is highly desirable.
- CFA, FRM, PRM, or similar finance/risk qualifications are advantageous.
