This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi. The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial inquiry to completion, including assessing financial situations, explaining available products, and recommending suitable mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting mortgage applications, liaising with banks and other financial institutions, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, and delivering clear, professional communication at every stage of the transaction. The Mortgage Advisor will contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and upholding Mortgage Pro’s standards of service and integrity.

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Mortgages and Finance
  , with the ability to analyze client circumstances and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning to help clients understand affordability, repayment options, and long-term financial implications.
• Candidates should possess experience in Mortgage Marketing
  , including promoting mortgage services and supporting client acquisition activities.
• Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification such as CeMap Qualified (or equivalent mortgage advisory certification).
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with clients.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic language skills and experience in the UAE real estate or banking sector are advantageous.
