Senior GL Accountant​/Healthcare Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our growing healthcare organization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance
• Prior experience within a hospital, healthcare, or healthcare group environment is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
  Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), General Ledger Accounting, Month-End & Year-End Closing, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Accounting & Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance, Financial Analysis & MIS Reporting, External & Internal Audits
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion), SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage month-end closing and GL reconciliations
• Oversee fixed assets and inventory accounting
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure VAT and tax compliance
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning initiatives
