Is responsible for the financial management of ISA this includes budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial statements and reporting, financial analysis, accounting, etc. The Head of Finance shall support the CEO in recommending qualitative and numerical analysis necessary for corporate decisions, strategic planning, raising capital if required, reducing costs and achieving the budgeted ROI Return on Investment.

Oversees ISAs financial reporting system ensuring the execution of all the related activities such as accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and financial analysis in accordance with international accounting standards and as per ISAs approved policies and procedures.
Oversees the Treasury and Investments portfolio of ISA with the objective of maximizing ROI,Funds and maintaining ISA in good financial health, manages Fixed Deposits, Private Equity, Bank Loans, and other investments to ensure adequate utilization in all areas of operation.
Manages the daily cash balances and payments wisely and efficiently to secure adequate Cash Flow for ISA therefore allowing it to operate effectively and profitably.
Leads the development and design of financial system and control across all functions policies, procedures, and guidelines, manages the accounting activities, forecasts, reporting, and related systems.
Ensures financial analysis is conducted at the highest level to interpret trends, variances from budgets, and variances from standards, and provides support consistent with established financial policy.
Oversees the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, as well as reports required by regulatory and statutory parties.
Prepares and maintains an accurate chart of accounts general ledger accounts, as well as suppliers clients accounts. Manages ISAs corporate administration and relations related to registration and license renewal.
Partners with the CEO and other departments to coordinate the financial planning, budgeting, and procurement activities of ISA.
Facilitates the budget amendments & submission and monitors budget utilization to ensure effective cost control through accurate analysis of shortages and surpluses to the budget applies resolutions on variances identified in coordination with CEO.

Ensures all agreements related to credit facilities agreed with clients are all timely executed, properly
managed, and controlled with zero delinquency to ensure successful timely payments and allow ISA to recover its payments and meet its financial obligations.
Works closely with the CEO,Heads of Departments to facilitate the audit of company accounts and financial transactions ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Provides on going guidance and support to other departments on business activities and reviews.
Analyzes the Financial results and generates Management Reports to facilitate controls and improvement in business activities.
Acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors, prepares and maintains board minutes of meeting & board resolutions.
Leads, monitors, and reviews the performance and progress of the corresponding finance team whilst
remotely managing the outsourced ones.
Spends time coaching and guiding the team, identifies opportunities and plans for development.
Partners with HR to ensure effective utilization of resources, systems and tools.
Performs any additional responsibilities as directed by the CEO

Chartered Accountant from a recognized university CPA, CFM, CMA and relevant professional certificates are highly desirable for this role.
Additional qualification Project Management,IT,MIS,IATA is a plus.
