Senior Specialist - Finance

• Audit and Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits and adherence to COSO framework, VAT, and corporate tax regulations
• Feasibility Analysis:
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new projects and capabilities by analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and organizational impact
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  Analyze financial statements to identify trends and performance indicators; prepare detailed reports and executive summaries
• Financial KPI Monitoring:
  Compile and compare actual financial KPIs against targets and industry standards
• Business Intelligence:
  Support implementation and maintenance of business intelligence modules, ensuring data accuracy; create reports and dashboards
• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:
  Respond to special requests from the Head of Finance, supporting audits and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance, including at least 3 years in financial analysis or a financial analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and data manipulation
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Experience with business intelligence tools to develop reports, dashboards, and conduct ad hoc analyses
