We are looking for an experienced Manager ,Valuation & Financial Modelling to join our Corporate Development & M&A team. The role will play a key part in evaluating strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other transactions, providing rigorous financial analysis and commercial insight to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain and own sophisticated valuation and financial models, including DCF, trading and transaction comparables, returns analysis and scenario modelling.
- Develop financial analysis and recommendations for potential M&A, investment and strategic opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee papers, presentations and transaction materials.
- Coordinate and support financial due diligence processes with external advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse and evaluate deal structures, including JVs, earn-outs, acquisition financing and other transaction structures.
- Assess transaction economics, value creation opportunities, sensitivities and downside risks.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Strategy and external advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Provide clear, commercially focused insights to senior management and investment decision-makers.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, Big Four transaction services/valuations, private equity, sovereign wealth funds or investment/holding companies.
- Proven track record of closed transactions, ideally with experience across the GCC/Middle East.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA or CA is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, returns analysis and transaction structuring.
- Strong commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
We are seeking a commercially minded investment professional who combines technical modelling excellence with strong transaction judgement and can independently drive analysis from initial opportunity assessment through to transaction execution.
