- Conduct sales process and customer audits including invoice pricing and transaction checks
- Audit store standards, inventory ageing, product visibility, cleanliness and planogram compliance
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product launches and market presence and provide actionable insights
- Assess customer financial and business risks through document checks, ageing, payment patterns and balance confirmations
- Classify customers by High, Moderate and Low Risk and work with Sales and Finance on mitigation plans
- Ensure 95 coverage of assigned stores customers as per the approved visit plan
- Prepare monthly audit reports highlighting key findings, risks, trends and recommended actions
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other internal teams to ensure audit findings are converted into actionable improvements
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of identified risks and gaps
- Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, independence and professional conduct during all audit activities
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in market audit, sales audit, retail/FMCG, customer audit, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of FMCG, retail operations, customer management, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, Excel, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer credit risk, receivables, ageing, and payment patterns.
- High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment and engaging directly with customers.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence and own car are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly across customer stores and market locations in the UAE.
