- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, budgeting, financial planning, procurement support, accounting, or public sector finance.
- Identify financial risks, budget pressures, savings opportunities, and funding gaps
- Experience preparing budgets, financial reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and cost models.
- Experience coordinating with government finance functions, shared services, procurement teams, or external stakeholders.
- Monitor budget utilization, commitments, expenditures, and variances across relevant categories.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, budget summaries, and funding updates for the Support Service to senior level
- Strong Excel, financial modelling, and reporting skills.
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Relevant training in government budgeting, procurement, financial planning, or public sector finance is an advantage.
