HIRING | FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Financial Analysis Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting within a project-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate annual budgets, submissions and departmental requirements
- Prepare forecasts and analyse actuals vs. budget and prior periods
- Monitor OPEX & CAPEX, identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis for funding and resource allocation
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations
- Support financial analysis of projects, initiatives and budget utilisation
- Work closely with Finance, project teams and stakeholders to improve forecasting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and reporting timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting or financial analysis
- Government, infrastructure or project-based experience is an advantage
- Strong Excel & financial modelling skills
- ERP and Power BI experience preferred
- ACCA / CPA / CIMA / CFA is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
