We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and financially astute Investment Strategy & Market Research Analyst to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic investment decisions and long-term business growth.

The successful candidate will analyze financial markets, assess industry trends, evaluate investment risks and returns, and develop research-backed recommendations to support investment planning and value creation.

• Conduct investment research, market analysis, and industry assessments to identify potential opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, forecasts, and investment scenarios.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, risks, expected returns, and potential growth prospects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and market assessments for proposed investments.
• Monitor economic developments, industry dynamics, and emerging investment trends.
• Prepare investment reports, research briefs, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Support investment strategy development, portfolio analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
• Analyze competitor performance, customer demand, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and senior management teams on investment initiatives.
• Track investment performance and assess opportunities for long-term value creation.

• Experience in investment analysis, market research, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, investment principles, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial research or data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex financial and market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent research, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.
