Senior Officer, Performance Planning & Reporting | Al Hilal Bank
Al Hilal Bank's Finance team is looking for a Senior Officer, Performance Planning & Reporting to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the Bank.
What you'll do:
- Support annual budgeting and financial planning cycles
- Prepare forecasts and scenario/sensitivity analysis
- Analyze financial and business performance against budget and prior periods
- Produce management reports, dashboards and performance summaries
- Partner with business and support functions on financial analysis
- Drive data quality, reporting controls and process improvements
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or reporting within Banking/Financial Services
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with planning/reporting systems and dashboards
- Sharp analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
