Role Purpose
To Manage MIS for HF, product related tasks, Incentive payments, BCP and ORM Coordinator, Property valuations and Insurance renewal and payments, Involve and Procedure Manual Renewal;
Presentations and Dash Boards reports.
Key Accountabilities of the role Real Estate Finance
To manage MIS for Real Estate Finance PortfolioPrepared daily/ weekly reports to management and RMsPrepare incentivesPresent weekly CA expiry tracking report to BU & RiskMaintained automatic tracking sheet for valuationTo review and prepare payment for MPM valuation feeMain concerned person for Audit and other MIS related issues.BCP Coordinator, did all activities related to Business Continuity PlanORM Coordinator, Prepared Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) report, do testing and update the results in ARC logicInvolved in Program renewal/ approvalPrepared CAPs ReportHome Finance
Prepared Daily Credit /Sales Score Card and Performance Dash Borad ReportPrepared Daily Leads Tracking DashboardPrepared HF sales incentivesPrepared Staff Finance Repayment SheetMonitor FSTL Cases and sent SMS/ do blacklisting for non-compliance and vice versaInvolve in Magnum Project Data updateAssess GIA examinationPrepare KPI reports for home financeSupport management on any incremental requestPrepare amortization schedule sheet to staff financingAdding projects and developers in FinnoneEngagement with the team for the day to day activitiesProvide sales support.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role
- University Degree with 9+ years relevant experience preferably in MIS/ Real Estate/ Investment Analysis.
- Good command of English (Speak & Write)
- Good Computer knowledge
