Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate annual audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Advise senior management on financial strategy, business risks, and investment decisions.
- Manage treasury operations and working capital.
- Lead the finance team and improve financial processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level financial operations and CFO responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Nationality Preference: Indian nationals preferred.
